Are you voting?

Regardless of who you are voting for, if you read this blog, and plan to vote tomorrow, leave me a comment.  I’m excited to vote - one of the few times I’ve felt that emotion about standing in line, since usually it’s at Wal-Mart and all I’m waiting for is the opportunity to spend $300 and be waited on by a surly nearly mute cashier.

Seriously though, we all need to vote.  Even if the lines are long, neither candidate is perfect, or if one can see Russia from her house.

I am excited to be voting tomorrow and I am taking my kids with me to show them how important the democratic process is.

As we say in Chicago, vote early and often!  I’m taking one of the kids, and hubby is taking the other!  I can’t wait!  I just need to know how it’s going to turn out and if I will need to pack up and move to Canada or not!

Everybody is excited to vote. I think this will be the most controversial yet. Voting is definitely a must.

Voted last week.  Thumbs up for early voting, especially since it is supposed to rain here all day tomorrow.

Darn right - It’s 4:07am and I’ll be at the polls waiting at 5am.

I woke up and couldn’t get back to sleep, like a kid on Christmas morning.

I voted!  I’m so excited, it is just like Christmas!  I don’t know how I’ll get any work done today.

Slowpokes! Voted by mail. No sticker. Sigh. (And yes, this is me online on Election Day. Don’t tell my husband!)

I sent in my absentee ballot a couple weeks ago but I REALLY wish I could’ve voted at the polling place.  One hour long line be damned—it just seems more real and exciting that way than dropping an envelope in the mail.

I took Ellie with me this morning, and we’re both proudly wearing our “I voted today!” stickers.

I voted weeks ago. I almost wish I could have voted today, NPR was filled with excited people talking about how exhilarating the polling places were. Oh well, my vote is cast whether I voted today or weeks ago.

I rocked the vote this morning! I live in Newport News, Va, and went to the polls at about 9 and didn’t have to wait but 5 min!

Hey there, I’m a little late to the party but you know I voted! It was a perfect day.
